An amazing solution in the area of screen recording solutions. We use this tool to do multiple things at our company, we have been using it to record internal training, customer guides, and customer reviews, and initiate quick discussions. We can't imagine working without this solution now.

We are a nonprofit organization with a dual mission of providing education to children in developing nations, while also providing an unparalleled, personalized donor experience. I use Sendspark in my consulting business for mainly two reasons- connect to clients with personalized video messages and give clear instructions for documentation and for systems and process management with vendors. Sendspark has helped me to create polished videos for demand generation, sales, or client success. I also sometimes use Sendspark for a better reach of my email newsletter to my clients.

There are three broad categories that Spendspark excels in for my current workflows: 1) Mentoring / Guidance / Feedback for my internal teams. Being able to instruct them via video offers more than sterile text can provide. And I am able to communicate quickly and contextually so that the recipients catch nuances to what I am trying to share with them. 2) Revisions/Directions on projects. Being able to screen share and narrate feedback on various draft content pieces is much more efficient via video than text/images. Instead of annotating screenshots, I can walk through what I want, share model examples from the web and other places on the screen, and give much more dynamic instructions. 3) Client correspondence. This is one of the most valuable benefits of the service. I am able to compose really quick video notes and replies to clients and business partners with Sendspark and this also adds to the relationship development efforts tremendously.

Sendspark helps me create professional videos to educate my clients. It is also a useful tool for email newsletters, leads and outreach email messaging sequences, and marketing campaigns. Emails with video content are proven to have a higher click rate and are more effective at reaching a target audience. I like that Sendspark allows real branding not like some of the other video software that still uses their own links. Sendspark is a very effective marketing tool and I would highly recommend it.

Simple to use and clean interface! I tried most likely all [the other] alternative[s] out there, [and[ Sendspark is hands down is the best!
- Real branding: not like Loom that let you place your logo but has their link.
- Automatically pull the animated thumbnail once you place the link into your email
- Gmail integration, with automatically using the icon just a click, you can quickly send from your library or lunch.

- CNAME, is most of us need it, and no alternatives offering it, the good part is you can have different CNAME for each workspace, then can make you have different brands easily! Sendspark is literally the most effective marketing tool you can use now!

I was looking for a lightweight tool to record my presentations, tutorials, training videos and alike, or just any video. And preferably [a] web-based or chrome plugin so I do not need to install anything. Sendspark is just [the] tool like that - hitting all the points. So far I am happy with Sendspark, although it is lacking some important features (at least to me), like trimming, video editing… What I am happiest the most is with the support and development team. They truly hear what customers say and pay attention to their needs. They even showed me the developments roadmap! Unbelievable ;)

I was looking for a great tool to help support creating how-to videos on the go and sales team create in email videos. We have been using Loom but it goes pricey very quickly. Sendspark was the perfect match, allowing us to do exactly what we wanted, for less $$ and with great support. I highly recommend the tool for your business. Try it and judge for yourself.

A huge part of what I do is share idea and more often than not I share them via charts and graphs. So screen capture video tools are really useful. I can open up a letter or a deck and go over what I am looking at and then send it to a client. I can do that with SendSpark as well as other software. What sets SendSpark apart from the competitors I have used is primarily 2 things. 1-It is stupid simple and clean. The interface is very simple and it does a great job. 2-and this is the BIG one-you can not only share your video via a link really easily but if you want the client to send over a video you can send a link and they can do their own screenshare video without downloading anything. Literally they click the link and they can record their screen. Ridiculously simple and even more ridiculously useful. I am obviously a big fan and plan to use this more and more to better serve my clients.

Sendspark is great for us for several reasons:

- Quickly recording internal tutorials for employees.
- Providing better and more engaging customer support as well as minimizing back and forth caused by clarity issues.
- Communicating with clients/employees by asking them to record videos of their problems or having employees contribute to our tutorial library.

Sendspark is super fast with the Chrome addon and is the perfect replacement for Loom.

We use it for customer support and for closing leads. Sendspark has helped us to look like Super Heroes to our current clients as well as new leads, leads are blown away by us getting back to them with a custom video. This has helped us to position ourselves as authorities in our industry!

A promising tool to connect to our customers. It gives a personal touch to our outreach since the customers appreciate it if they receive a video message instead of a simple email. It is also great that customers can request videos. This way it is really easy to ask the customer to record something and then send the video back to us so we can troubleshoot the issue in an easy way. Great tool overall!

I am using Sendspark mainly to record the lecture in my laptop for students.

Sendspark is quite solid for the work. It is simple to deploy and easy to use: with a few mouse click it gets the job done.

The Chrome extension is great and convenient, although I can also record by the browser. Sendspark has a handy Call-to-Action, which is minor but super useful.

The playback is very smooth - and I can embed the recording anywhere I like. Either my website or any internet page.

All in all, my experience with Sendspark is convenient and enjoying - the app simply works right out of the box.

It's great for recording videos with screen share and camera at the same time. It can be used for sales videos and I'm also using it to record courses.

I use Sendspark to send video emails to clients with who I am currently involved in transactions. They work better than typing out long instructions.
